Welcome home...my entrance....I probably should have started with this at the beginning of my house tour but here we go....

I found this table years ago on the street waiting for a council pick up, and much to my father's disgust, I made him help me put it in the back of my car (I was pregnant at the time, so we are talking a looong time ago) but after I stripped off many layers of paint (OK so toxic strippers -as they were then - and pregnancy really shouldn't go together) I then hand painted the design on top and antiqued and varnished it.....

I still love it and will always have it

A collection of my painted boxes from that same period of time, I used to teach folk art! 

My memory wall from my trip to Italy a couple of years ago. I enjoy photography and wanted to showcase some of the places I loved. In the later years I haven't been into it so much but the trip certainly re-ignited my passion for the craft...saving up for a you beaut camera...

well it is on the list with everything else!!!

 Light love..especially when it is on and sparkly  

and out to the back door.... if I was into feng shui my chi would be flowing right out again...but I love the light that comes through.
